I am a fourth or fifth generation dancer in my paternal family. Dance was huge part of my childhood and young adult life. Still is today. Like this man, I connect with the rhythm and it sweeps me and my body away. You might say dance is my form of meditation, reinvigorating and rebalancing my soul with this cosmos of rhythm. 😀
Awesome to hear 🙂 I also LOVE to dance. There is nothing quite like letting go completely and allowing the music to override the entire body and to move it. I also see it as a form of meditation – afterwards you feel fully rejuvenated and like you let go of so much.
I’m happy to hear that dance is still a part of your life – I’m sure it gives you something that nothing else quite can. Keeps you in tune with the universe, with the rhythm of life!

Yes. We both know what we’re talking about, experience, and share with others when dancing. 😉
